DESCRIPTION |
•Manage a team of professionals who service a large portfolio of clients, including managing the team’s budget.
•Manage the deliverables produced by the team and the quality of client service
•Develop the business through networking; leveraging existing client relationships; and related marketing activity.
•Provide technical expertise in specific areas and be seen as a source of expertise within the business unit and office.
•Act as a leader within the office and be seen as a role model of professionalism to the younger people of the team.

CANDIDATE PROFILE |
The successful candidate will likely be:
•A qualified accountant – ideally CPA or ACCA, although other qualifications will be considered.
•Have a minimum of five years post qualification experience
•Experience of managing a team that delivers solutions to clients, and managing a budget.
•A track record of developing business opportunities
•A mature and flexible personality and the ability to build and work with teams.
•Experience in a Big Four professional services firm would be an advantage.
