DESCRIPTION |
•Managing teams of professionals who are working on the assigned engagements.
•Manage the deliverables prepared by the team for subsequent review by the engagement manager.
•Provide technical expertise to ensure the assigned engagements are conducted to an appropriate standard.
•Act as a team leader and be able to both motivate and develop the people in his or her teams.

CANDIDATE PROFILE |
The successful candidate will likely be:
•A qualified accountant – ideally CA, CPA or ACCA, although other qualifications will be considered.
•Have a minimum of three years post qualification experience
•Experience of managing engagements to ensure high quality deliverables are produced on a timely basis and within budget.
•A mature and flexible personality and the ability to work well in teams.
•Experience in a Big Four professional services firm would be an advantage
