Requirements:
6 to 7 years experience in leading and managing valuation and business modeling engagements, carrying out technical review of deliverables and managing client relationships, with reputed professional services advisory firms, preferably Big 4; Relevant experience with other organisations will also be considered.
Those with experience in one or more of the following areas / sub-areas will have an advantage: transaction evaluation, purchase price allocation, financial advisory services and due diligence.
Should be technically very strong in business valuations and financial analytical work.
Ability to motivate executives and professional staff , and guide them in their professional development.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Ability to independently lead multiple engagements with challenging deadlines
