DESCRIPTION
1. Develops and coordinates state wide staff development programs for a specialized sector of employee's

2. responsibility of establishing objectives, policies and procedures for a training unit.

3. Facilitates training as needed and develops other staff as training resources.

4. Develops policies and procedures concerning staff development.

5. Participates in organizational development initiatives as related to training.

6. Evaluates staff development programs, methods, materials, technologies, and leadership through a review of reports and analysis of agency performance. Provides suggestions for improvement

7. Negotiates with vendors and facility managers regarding products and services. Some positions may engage in contracts when necessary

CANDIDATE PROFILE
1. Excellent english communication skills, written and spoken.
