Job Description
-Identify phone trading clients as all Clients have the facility to call and place orders over the phone.
-Assist clients in all possible ways with regard to placing orders on the system, taking orders by phone,
explaining the online system with its different functionalities.
-Follow up on the portfolios of the high net worth clients and update them regularly on any movements in
the price of their stocks, news, reports etc. as per the list assigned to his responsibility.
-Regularly update the clients on the latest value of their respective portfolio.
-Provide their clients with any news and reports that are available from standard and credit worthy
sources and that may effect the client’s investments and potential investments.
-Maintain a daily log of the VIP clients contacted by them and forward the log to Unit Head on a daily
basis.
-Work closely with the Operations / Back Office team with regards to timely settlement of client trades
and relay back to the client any settlement problem that could exist with possible solutions.
-Maintain and strengthen client relationships through professional friendships, trust and respect.
-Assist in preparing brokerage statistics as and when required
