1. Supervise the activities of all personnel officers’,work that involves the application of knowledge to a variety of departmental personnel policies and practices. In addition to advising the departments’ management on other major personnel issues such as labour relations, grievances and disciplinary actions.
2. Interprets and explains Administrative Regulations, Personnel Rules, labour laws, policies and procedures to department management and employees.
3. Develops and administers departmental personnel policies and procedures consistent with Human Resources Department policies and serves as departmental liaison to HR Department.
4. Recommends and establishes consistent disciplinary policies and procedures.
5. Monitors, recommends, and reviews disciplinary and termination letters and procedures.
6. Works closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement HR policies and procedures.
7. Advises and serves as a counsel to employees and department management on employee grievances and negotiations on labour issues.
8. Verifies to grievances and takes necessary measure to resolve them.
9. Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, reduce turnover rate, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality customer service.
10. Develops and ensures the implementation of a smooth process in fulfilling the requirements for all legal cases and Insurance related issues, and do the necessary follow up.
