1. Coordinate, oversee and implement the recruitment process by following up on every recruitment request in order to meet the requirements of the job and maintain the workflow of the recruitment process.
2. Receive and process employee request form (ERF) from the different departments and liaisons with these departments to complete the request, which includes short listing of CVs and suggesting relevant CVs to relevant departments to ensure a smooth recruitment service.
3. Adopt the most effective advertising strategy in conjunction with the relevant departments.
4. Conduct preliminary interviews for short listed applicants prior to passing them into the requesting department to ensure that the right applicants are selected to progress onto the next stage.
5. Build effective relationships with key identified personnel across the company in order to identify future recruitment needs, to ensure a pro-active resourcing service.
6. Generate periodical reports and highlight possible challenges with ERFs and the HR dashboard in order to provide visibility to management on current status and continuously monitor and recommend areas for improvement.
7. Support the analysis of turnover rates and reasons for turnover to improve the selection of candidates and work on current challenges to improve the resourcing strategy.
