DESCRIPTION
1. Follow up on employee affairs issues that involve providing guidance to employees and on personnel issues such as labour relations, grievances and disciplinary actions.

2. Applies Administrative Regulations, Personnel Rules, labour laws, policies and procedures to department management and employees.

3. Assists in developing and administers departmental personnel policies and procedures consistent with Human Resources Department policies and serves as departmental liaison to HR Department.

4. Assist in the establishing consistent disciplinary policies and procedures.

5. Monitors and reviews disciplinary and termination letters and procedures, and consult with the Senior Personnel Officer for recommendations.

6. Provides assistance to employees in understanding and implementing HR policies and procedures.

7. Occasionally serves as a counsel to employees and department management on employee grievances.

8. Assists the Senior Personnel Officer in verifying and resolving grievances.

9. Works cooperatively and jointly to provide quality customer service.

10. Prepares and processes all documents to fulfil the requirements of all legal cases and insurance related issues, and do the necessary follow up.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Bachelor degree in related field.

• 2 - 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or other related HR functions.

• Bilingual is preferable

• Good communication Skills

(verbally and in writing)

• Knowledge in the Labour Law
