1. Responsible for supervising activities of Human Resources and Administration functions at Administration Department including but not limited to recruitment, personnel administration, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, training, employees’ relation and applying disciplinary code and administration.
2. Controls calculations of service indemnity, overtime and other types of payments to and deductions from staff according to the rules.
3. Controls monthly subscriptions of social security & other government departments’ payments.
4. Monitors staff Insurance policy and coordinates its renewal, premium and claims. Follows up properties insurance claims in case of damages to company properties.
5. Prepares periodical statistical reports of salaries, benefits and manpower for internal & external use.
6. Coordinates issuing, canceling staff ID badges and parking cards and replacement of the same.
7. Controls updates of Payroll Personnel Management system.
8. Controls expatriates staff work permits and residents permits renewals and cancellation.
9. Handles applications of employment, search for appropriate candidates and arranges interviews.
10. Receives recruitment requests and matches with available applications and recommends suitable candidates.
11. Controls all kind of leaves according to company’s rules, prepares annual leaves plan for staff and follows up its implementation
12. Prepares monthly payroll
13. Process business / training travel authorizations including air tickets, visas and payment of daily allowances according to the rules.
