The growing Human Capital practice at Kuwait is staffed by a multinational work force including HR and Business Management professionals and is involved in interesting and stimulating HR consulting assignments in both the private and public sector.
The ideal candidate should relish challenges and should be willing to take independent initiatives in developing the Human Capital practice in Kuwait and elsewhere in the Middle East, if required. As a part of the BAS service line, the candidate may also get exposure to consulting opportunities in the business process, technology and risk consulting domains.

CANDIDATE PROFILE |
Basic requirements:
MBA, preferably specialized in HR from a leading business school
2- 8 years of relevant work experience and proven track with reputed organizations
Dynamic, motivated, flexible, confident, and result-oriented personality with the ability to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong in both English and Arabic (bilingual).
