REQUIRED EDUCATION:
University Degree
Postgraduate business qualification preferred but not essential
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience of communicating findings and insights to internal clients.
Experience of directing and supervising beginners in fulfilling their assignments
2 years experience of projects that involve analyzing and interpreting data and information
Broad knowledge of retail products & services, particularly liabilities, investments, insurance, loans, and cards.
Experience in Market Research is an advantage but not essential
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to produce and present (oral and written) findings and reports to internal clients.
Ability to focus on processes: understanding, following and executing the steps required for the achievement of projects
Ability to develop an analytical thinking
Ability to develop creativity in data sourcing, analysis and presenting.
Working to deadlines and managing multiple projects.
Self motivation and capability to take responsibility for projects’ completion
Aptitude towards the Market Research Unit’s values of timing, teamwork and learning.
Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must if recruit is of Arabic nationality
Proficiency in Computer programs ( Word, Excel and Power point)
