DESCRIPTION |
1. Assist in developing Training Needs Analysis tools to identify training needs of the employees and recommend the means of development.
2. Evaluate the results of training in terms of the improvement and development achieved on the employee’s performance and career development opportunities.
3. Building a competency model and map these competencies to different job levels.
4. Develop Individual Development Plans (IDP).
5. Set career development plans for employees by developing career paths and succession plans.
6. Suggest new ways and methods to improve on current or new processes related to career development.
7. Conduct and participate in related studies and/ or projects.

CANDIDATE PROFILE |
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
1. Minimum – Bachelor degree in a related field
2. 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Organization and planning skills
5. Bilingual is preferable
